He has travelled across all states of India and many foreign countries including Germany, Turkey, Honkong, Srilanka and Bangaladesh for audits and trainings.

Executive Partner
She is the active partner of this company and looking after the operational and administrational process to execute jobs in a perfect way!. Sujithra has over 14 years’ experience in companies’ Code of Conduct, vendor compliance, SA8000, Sedex, CTPAT, BSCI and FLA audits. She began her career as Compliance Executive with large scale garment facility in south india where she managed compliance for four units of the company. She then worked as an auditor in factory compliance in Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services Pvt Ltd for 2.5 years, conducting nearly 500+ audits in the garment, home textiles and processing industries. She is a qualified SA8000 lead auditor and has conducted audits throughout South India.
She has in-depth experience of conducting social compliance audits , writing and submitting audit reports as per clients’ specific requirements, reviewing reports written by other auditors, providing updates on local labour laws, updating databases, verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions, retaining and safeguarding audit documents and training new auditors.
She has also attained a Post Graduate Diploma in Knitting and Apparel Industry Management, now known as an MBA, along with Master of Commerce.
